Lucy Liu will join Michael C. Hall in the upcoming indie comedy "East Fifth Bliss."
Hall plays a guy in his mid-thirties who watches as his life comically unravels after he enters into a relationship with the daughter of a former high school classmate (played by Larson). Liu will play a neighbor who is unhappily married.
Michael Knowles directs the film which he helped adapt the script for with Douglas Light based off of Light’s book of the same name. The novel received the 2007 Benjamin Franklin Award for Fiction.
The film will be produced by John Ramos and Knowles for 7A Prods., Susan Leber, and John Will for Torn Sky Entertainment. Filming is set to start in New York in April.
