Raymond Clark, 25, has pleaded not guilty to murder and felony murder charges in the death last September of Yale graduate student Annie Le. The second charge does not require prosecutors to prove he intentionally killed Le. He is being held in lieu of $3 million bail.
There is much evidence against Clark, including an athletic sock with his and Le’s DNA, bloodstains on Clark’s kitchen floor and scratches on his chest.
The real question is WHY he did it?
