London-based Korean designer, LiLee had editors salivating for her almost all-white collection at Vauxhall Fashion Scout’s Ones to Watch show.
LiLee’s luscious collection of beautifully designed garments had people buzzing. The collection was intricate in its cuts and construction. Detailed pleating, clear structure and the purity of the lines were well executed. The femininity of the collection was subtle and had a dream-like quality. The almost all-white collection was accented with hints of navy and subtle geometric prints. Both the separates and the dresses were highly coveted by those who attended.
LiLee showed with a handful of other designers who were selected to show under Vauxhall’s Ones to Watch program. Ones to Watch is a platform for emerging designers who are shortlisted by a panel of industry professionals. Vauxhall Fashion Scout supports these young designers by offering them exhibition space during London Fashion Week and they receive access to the business aspect of the industry such as personalized sales support and business advice. These designers must not have shown a solo catwalk show during London Fashion Week.
LiLee studied at London College of Fashion before launching her line.
