Floyd Sr., has become the official antagonist in the long-running feud between the Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao camps.
In a recent interview with Fight Hype, Mayweather Sr. said he feared for his son’s life if he were to ever fight the Filipino superstar.
“I know like everybody else knows, Pacquiao can’t whoop my son, it is what it is,” Floyd Sr. said. “Me myself personally – I’m just gonna tell you like this. I’d rather for my son not to fight Pacquiao, and I have my own reasons.”
Then he went on to taunt Pacquiao’s trainer Freddy Roach with a poem entitled “Freddy the Joke Coach Roach.”
“Freddy the joke coach Roach, who wouldn’t dare to approach. He’s a roach blowing smoke with no hope. Manny just moved from first class to the coach with the roach. And now he’ll be sprayed with Raid and underpaid. Because at the end of the night his title will be gone. Just like the roach when the lights come on.”
Looks like this fight will never happen!
