The actress has been chosen to be featured in a series called The Frost Interview, which focuses on an individual who has made a significant contribution to their own industry, NDTV reports.
Frost is expected to visit Mumbai this week for an hour-long interview with the newly appointed UNAIDS ambassador.
Frost, who is famed for his interviews with former US President Richard Nixon, will also interview seven other renowned personalities including former Beatle Sir Paul McCartney and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
Rai Bachchan has previously been interviewed by David Letterman and twice appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show.
