2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. minced ginger
1/4 cup of sliced green onions
Dash of Himalayan Salt
1 lb. peeled shrimp
Fresh ground pepper
1 tbsp. sweet soy sauce or regular soy sauce
1/4 tsp. of chopped cilantro
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
Add minced ginger and cook for 3 mins.
Set aside the chopped onions and ginger in a bowl and mix. Add a dash of Himalayan Salt.
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees.
Brush shrimp with the olive oil seasoning and add salt and pepper.
Grill shrimp on lightly oiled rack and cover with lid for 4 mins.
Remove from grill and drizzle with the green onion mixture and soy sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
Cilantro can also be used as a garnish for the dish.
