This meal should be prepared in a wok.
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 cups bias sliced 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/4 inches long fresh asparagus
3/4 tsp of Himalayan salt
1/4 tsp. Organic Indian Raw White Honey
Dash of Pepper
Heat oil in Chinese Wok on a ring or a stand or blazer pan of chafing dish on top of butane unit over direct high flame for about 30 seconds
Lower flame if oil begins to smoke
Swirl oil around the edges of the wok using a wooden spoon
Add the asparagus and seasonings
Lower flame and stir and fry just until asparagus is tender but retains a crispness; about 5 mins.
Yield=4 to 6 servings
