Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit unveiled her wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum. The 44-year-old diva is the latest Indian film star to join the top line up at the Madame Tussauds wax museum which also houses statues of Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan.
Dixit, the girl with the zillion dollar smile, known to be one of the warmest and nicest actors in B-town is now smiling in Madame Tussauds museum. The statue is decked in a gorgeous pink sari, which she selected.
The actress has been actively involved in the making of the statue by contributing to the creative process.
“I am thrilled to be here in Madame Tussauds unveiling a wax figure of myself. It’s incredible just how detailed the figure is — they have captured my look beautifully! I feel very humbled to be included alongside other Bollywood stars and some of my personal heroes,” Dixit said in a statement on the museum’s official website.
