I always thought Flight 93 was shot down

Although from this video, it is hard to tell. I agree with this commenter:

“Flight 93 was shot down. This was the contention of the ‘first-responders’ then and the debris found is consistent with that fact. If you look at all recorded airline crashes, before and after, regardless of how much fuel was still in the plane, pieces of the plane were obvious and always part of the debris field including luggage. This was a pile of rumble, as stated, by folks there first. Of course, given the events of that morning, we probably can’t lay blame on our gov for downing it, right? But, the spin given to the flight was to make heros and comfort families...”

On Sunday night, CNN anchor Susan Hendricks introduced new footage from the immediate aftermath of United Flight 93, which crashed into a field in rural Pennsylvania on 9/11. The clip was recorded by an unnamed man —apparently now dead — who watched smoke rise from the crash site about 15 miles from the point of impact. In it, the narrator/cameraman calmly describes the scene unfolding in front of him, and says that he is already watching TV coverage of the Pentagon and World Trade Center terrorist attacks. Only now has the man’s family authorized the video to be released.
