The World of Ellesse

Though Ellesse was founded over 50 years ago, the brand’s peak was in the 70s and the name has been synonomous with dressing some of the most famous skiers, tennis players and athletes in the world such as Chris Evert, Boris Becker, Alain Proust, and Anna Kournikova. To celebrate their relaunch and heritage during Fashion Week, Chris Evert hosted at the preppy Town Tennis Club in Sutton Place, that felt more like a Greenwich oasis than midtown. Models donned heritage sportswear from the 70s that looked as hip now as it did then.
