Surface to Air Opening & Afterparty.

Before fashion insiders got too tired with the weeklong marathon of fashion week, stores like to kick off the week with pre fashion week celebrations. On Wednesday, indie French label Surface to Air opened their first flagship US boutique in Soho on 27 Mercer St. Guests from the worlds of art, fashion and entertainment converged to celebrate including Kid Cudi, Kim Gordon, Chromeo, A-Trak, Becka Diamond, and Aaron Young. The revelry didn’t stop there while guests continued the party until the wee hours of the night at B Bar and danced to the performances by Chromeo, A-Trak and Busy P & Friends.
