80% of people never achieve their resolutions!

Four out of five people who make New Year’s resolutions eventually break them and one third won’t even make it to the end of January.

In a time of daily distractions and constant demands, we often neglect what we know is most important, settling for resolutions rather than results when it comes to creating the healthy lifestyle we desire and deserve. So why do we keep making ourselves the same promises over and over—and risk ending up disappointed and discouraged?

Resolutions require only words but Results take action.

At the end of each year, it is time to clean house. Take inventory of the people and things in your life that bring you joy and pain. Eliminate the people and activities that no longer bring you joy and let in the new people and activities that do. Everything is energy and when that energy is toxic, it is best to eliminate it for your health and happiness regardless of history. Happy New Year! 2012 should be a great one!
