Ten Local Chefs Compete for Best Chinese Chef Title
Ten local chefs are competing for the title of Best Chinese Chef in Vancouver, Canada on January 29 and 30 at the BC Foodservice Expo.
Vancouver is known for its outstanding Chinese cuisine outside of the Mainland and the competition will be engaged in multiple rounds of competitions with the quarter-final, semi-final and final rounds of competition carried out in the black box format.
The competing chefs are members of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) and the BC Chefs Association. Nine teams have been selected to date, based on merit and experience.
