The United States won the women’s 400 freestyle relay, with Megan Romano, Jessica Hardy, Lia Neal and Allison Schmitt finishing in 3:31.01 at FINA Short Course World Championships in Istanbul last weekend.

Lia Neal, who is half Chinese and part of Asphalt Green’s swim team, won a Bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympics. She is heading to Stanford next year!
