4th Annual Dallas Burlesque Festival

I’ve been on the road for a week down in Dallas, Texas to perform in the 4th Annual Dallas Burlesque Festival produced by the girls of the Ruby Revue. It was a huge 4 day festival that ended last night with a dinner and a show at a really nice, upscale restaurant called DISH. I performed on Saturday night at the House of Blues along with several local talented performers such as the Ruby Revue girls Ginger Valentine (who won Queen of Burlesque at the New Orleans Burlesque Festival 2011), Missy Lisa, and Black Mariah, as well as out of state performers such as my NYC friends The Schlepp Sisters and Grace Gotham.

The venue was HUGE! My mom, aunt, brother, and my boyfriend all came to see the Saturday Spectacular. Although our call time was at 430PM, the backstage time went by really fast and I got to meet and chat with a lot of other performers I normally would not have the opp to meet or just know via Facebook.
