Blanc de Chine shines

Blanc de Chine unveiled its Fall/Winter 2012 collection during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. Held at the brand’s six-year-old flagship on 5th Avenue in New York City, the event included a runway show attended by members of the Jing Daily team. Incorporating the eight elements leading to balance- simplicity, serenity, purity, sensuality, harmony, subtlety, comfort and functionality, Blanc de chine unveileda luxurious collection that married ancient aesthetics of Chinese traditional silhouettes with subtle touches of luxury like matte pailettes and tonal blocking.
In the new womenswear collection, pieces are stripped-down and classic, putting a twist on basics while stepping up the luxury factor.
