Back in 2006 and 2011, singer Rain had been on the list but we haven’t heard much from him lately since he’s been in the Korean Army. Psy is the next Korean star to be seen on this list since Rain.

TIME stated that Psy was a ‘worldwide phenomenon’ with his hit song, “Gangnam Style”.
