US-hating dictator Kim Jong-un once played an all-American hero in a school play, it has emerged.

In the school production of Grease, the musical that became a hit Hollywood film, Kim appeared as a slick-haired leather-jacketed member of “good” gang the T-Birds as a skinny teen.

According to the Sun, the North Korean leader started at the 16,000 pounds-a-year International School of Berne in Switzerland aged 11 in 1994 and stayed until 1997.

Kim also loved comics and watching US films such as Jurassic Park
, the report said.

His friends said that Kim enjoyed singing along to hits such as Summer Nights and You’re The One That I Want in the school production of Grease.

The report quoted his ex-classmate from Israel, as saying that ‘everyone now looks at him as a lunatic who hates the world, but the kid he remembers was the quietest person he had ever met.’

Wow! He gained weight!
