Rain has been cleared of all charges stemming from a 2010 embezzlement scandal that led to the indictment of two executives at his record label J. Tune Entertainment.

The South Korean singer and actor was originally cleared of all embezzlement charges in Seoul Central Court back in 2010, according to the website allkpop, yet the case was reopened in 2011.

Back in March, a fashion investor named Lee sued Rain for $1.8 million on the charge that he and two of his partners misused company funds.
