1/4 CUP LOW SUGAR ORGANIC GRANOLA MIX

BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
SUGAR FREE/LOW FAT BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE + 3 TABLESPOONS OF BOURBON + HEAT

HOMEMADE HOT FUDGE SAUCE
HEAT 4 0Z SEMISWEET BAKING CHOCOLATE + 3/4 CUP HEAVY CREAM FOR 1 1/2 MINS AND STIR.

MASCARPONE CREAM=GREAT ON STRAWBERRIES BY ITSELF + 1 CRUSHED VANILLA WAFER
WHISK 1 8 OZ LOW FAT MASCARPONE CHEESE, 1/3 CUP OF LIGHT CREAM, 3 TABLESPOONS OF SUGAR SUBSTITUTE, 1 TABLESPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT AND BLEND IN A MIXER.
