The United States Men’s 400 Freestyle relay included James Feigen, Nathan Adrian, Ryan Lochte and Anthony Ervin won the silver medal in 3 minutes, 11.42 seconds. Unfortunately, France took the gold in 3:11.18 and Russia won the bronze in 3:11.44 at the FINA World Swimming Championships in Barcelona today.

Nathan put the team in FIRST, as he led off for #TEAMUSA!

Poor Nathan wasn’t feeling too well after the swim, which is testament to his passion for the sport…or maybe he’s just really sick! 🙁 Great race guys! Soooo missing Michael Phelps! He needs to come out of retirement! He’s too young! Lots of wins left for him and Team USA!!!
