All that Glitters Is Gold

Last week, on a summer day, when the clouds darkened on a 112 degree day and turned to hail, the light illuminating from this season’s top gold jewelry designers was enough to brighten up even the darkest of clouds. Hosted by the World Gold Council, the gorgeous baubles were delicately displayed in a gorgeous Edwardian townhouse in the West Village. Curated by celebrity stylist Kate Young, we saw stunning pieces in rose, yellow, 18K and 24K, mixed with dazzling diamonds and other semi precious stones from designers such as Slane, Me & Ro, and many other up and comers.
