Japanese Oktoberfest at the Yotel

If you can’t make it to Munich this season for Oktoberfest, sipping Japanese beer on New York’s largest terrace could possibly be the next best thing. From October 3rd through the 9th, Yotel’s terrace is transformed into a Japanese beer garden with rare tastings of Japanese seasonal beers such as my favorite, the Espresso Stout from Kiuchi Brewery in the Northeast of Japan, as well as Rogue Red Foxtail and a rice based ale called Samurai that will be served throughout the month of October. Pair it with Japanese Ocktoberfest themed snacks like pretzels topped with a mustard miso sauce, thin fried chicken katsu coins or pork and kimchee empanadas and take in the impressive West Side view only in NYC.
