Kintetsu’s 4th Annual Summertime Soiree

Every June, we look forward to Kintetsu’s Annual Travel Showcase held on their panoramic Rockefeller Center terrace. Rain or shine, the who’s who in the travel industry turn up for a chance to win one of their many generous prizes including trips around the world and stays at many luxury hotels.

Ten major airlines, 30 major NYC hotels, car rental companies and various vacation vendors exhibited. Of note, three airlines – Emirates, LAN TAM, and Korean Airlines – joined the event for the first time and over 160 KIE clients and friends came to network with client vendors, learn about specials and discounts exclusive to Kintetsu, and dine on sushi and sake while enjoying the Midtown views and balmy weather.

According to Assistant General Manager, Bill Sarcona, “I believe we are the only travel agency holding such a unique event. In fact, as this event expands annually, the feedback from our clients also becomes more overwhelmingly positive. This continues to be a great forum for our company to bring our clients and vendors together to learn more about each others’ needs”.
