2013 Global Spin Awards in NYC

Think of it as the Oscars for DJs. Already in its 2nd year, this annual awards show honors the most dynamic and talented DJs in the country for their contribution to the culture of music and entertainment. Held at the New York Times Center, nightlife industry insiders, celebrities and musicians all turned out for this momentous event.

The Awards was founded by Bad Boy Records/Power Moves Inc. executive, Shawn Prez, and this year the GSA was hosted by MTV iconic personality, Sway Calloway, as they present the GSA lifetime achievement award to Kid Capri and the GSA Legendary DJ award to Marley Marl. Here is a list of the winners:
