Beauty News: SK-II Launches Pop-up Shops in NYC & San Francisco

Calling all SK-II fans… As you may have noticed I am a huge fan myself so was super excited to hear that they are opening Pop Up Studios in NYC and San Francisco for a limited time only, from April 4th through May 23rd, 2014.

At the SK-II Pop Up Studios, you will have to opportunity to consult with expert skin counselors using the new imaging technology called The Beauty Imaging System, which predicts the skin’s visible age to help determine a SK-II product ritual designed exclusively for your skin concerns! It works by capturing close-up images of the face using a digital camera and then analyzes these images based on the five dimensions of crystal clear skin: Texture Refinement, Firmness Power, Wrinkle Resilience, Radiance and Tone.

The goal is to see your skins progress over time after using their products. You can save your results electronically and compare them over the course of your visits. At the pop-up, you’ll also have the chance to stock up on complimentary samples, test products and speak to experts in order to select products that are best for your personal skin care concerns.
