The display of too many photos of oneself and/or highly inappropriate images of your family and/or friends in the office and home. Intimate photos can be considered any of the following: a man/woman half naked at the beach, dressed in inappropriate clothing, a man with his shirt off flexing his muscles, a woman in labor or hospital, a man/woman crying or expressing extreme emotion due to a monumental event, special intimate moments with your loved one and/or family/friends.

I have been made to feel extremely uncomfortable in the past due to the inappropriate display of photos by people in the workplace. I do not want to stare at my superior in a bikini, a man’s wife in a hospital bed, or two individuals in lip lock wearing shanty clothing. Believe it or not, I have actually been held captive to this on a daily basis in Corporate America! 🙁

There is a time and place for everything and these very personal photos should be kept at home on limited display. Please stop making everyone feel uncomfortable and embarrassed for you.
