Chocolate Fudge Cheesecake Parfaits

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups nonfat cottage cheese
4 tsps. of Indian Raw Honey
2 tsps. sugar free maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. semisweet mini chocolate chips, divided
2 cups fat-free chocolate ice cream or fat-free frozen yogurt
3 tbsp. low fat graham cracker crumbs

Steps:
Combine cottage cheese, honey, maple syrup and vanilla in food processor/blender, process until smooth
Stir in tbsp. mini chips with wooden spoon
Spoon about 1/4 cup ice cream into each stemmed glass
Top with heaping tbsp. cheese mixture
Sprinkle with 2 tsp. graham cracker crumbs
Repeat layers
Freeze parfaits 15-30 mins. for firm slightly
Garnish each parfait with remaining 1 tbsp. mini chips and remaining cracker crumbs
