Raspberry Smoothies
Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup crushed ice
1 1/2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. of raw Indian honey
Steps:
Place all ingredients in food processor or blender; process until smooth
Scrap down sides as needed
Serve immediately
