Old Fashioned Ice Box Cake

Ingredients:
1 box of sugar free raspberry flavored jello mix
1 box of sugar free chocolate instant jello pudding mix
1 pint of light cream
1/4 tsp. of vanilla
2 cups of skim milk
6 low fat graham crackers or gluten free ginger snaps; crushed

Steps:
Follow directions on jello packet and chill in refrigerator
Follow directions on pudding mix and chill in refrigerator
In a small brownie baking pan, spread smart butter around the pan
Place crushed graham crackers or ginger snaps at the bottom of pan
spoon out the pudding and spread over the crust
spread out more graham cracker or ginger snap crumbs over the layer of pudding
spoon out the jello and layer over the crumbs
spoon out the lite cream and spread over the top
Refrigerate for a few hours and serve
Optional-cut strawberries or raspberries in half and layer on top of the cream
