GBK and Pilot Pens Celebrate NY Fashion Week in Style
As editors, we’re busy running from show to show. One of the best parts of fashion week is relaxing in the adjacent lounges for some pampering and downtime away from the crowds. Over the weekend, GBK, one of the premiere luxury lifestyle gift lounges and special events companies, partnered with Pilot Pens to create a stylish gift and style lounge at the Empire Hotel.
GBK’s motto for this yearly event is “It’s All About Style!”, and everything from jewelry to luxury skin care and the stylish array of Pilot Pens arranged into a couture dress that walked the runway was a highlight of the weekend.
Celebs, editors and influencers stopped by and received special gifts from Pilot Pen’s FriXion Clicker, an erasable pen and stylish MR Animal Collection. Guests were also treated to cocktails from Partita Tequila and Svedka Vodka, where ambiance was created by DJ Max Power (http://www.mattpreis.com) and floral designs from Floral Heights Flowers and Events.
Highlights of the lounge included gifts and makeovers from Michael Todd True Organics skin care line and Hard Candy’s electrifying line of cosmetics, preparing guests for a glam night out on the town.

As GBK always partners with a charitable foundation, this year the beneficiary was Gabrielle’s Angel Foundation for Cancer Research.
