My Incident with Payless Shoes

I frequent Payless Shoes to get my dance shoes = ballet, tap and jazz. They are made by the American Ballet Theater and they wear very well. However, I had a major incident with a young “Millenial” sales girl. She was overkill with the sell and was completely clueless when the computer wasn’t working. Is it just me or are these Millenials not being taught basic mathematics skills in our School System?? She could not figure out at all how much the bill came to. There was not a manager to be found in the store so she kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes while she frantically tried to contact the manager on her mobile phone. Needless to say, the bill is a complete mess and I have to take valuable time out of my day to attend to the bill by squaring things away with both the banking institution for my card and the store itself! What is this world coming to?? If you are a member of the Millenial Generation, please learn how to write properly and teach yourself how to add, subtract, perform division and multiplication! Enough is enough with this ridiculous dependence on the Computer!! The Computer is a tool, it should not substitute as your functioning brain altogether! Now I am afraid to purchase anything else at that store because the time that I need to spend to iron this out isn’t worth the discount at all! They cost me dearly in time and money! 🙁
