Getting in your daily dosage of Greens! :)

Drink your greens! Kale is loaded with cancer-fighting antioxidants, oxygen-producing iron, and bone-strengthening vitamin K! While bananas and cashews add vitamins plus great taste! Add pro-biotic powder to the recipe as well.

Yield=2 Cups

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/2 cup raw unsalted cashews, soaked for 2-4 hours, then drained
1 cup torn curly green kale leaves, plus more to taste
2 ripe bananas, either fresh or frozen
1/2 tsp. of natural vanilla extract
2 cups of ice cubes (slightly less if using frozen bananas.)
1/4 tsp. minced ginger
1/2 tsp. probiotic powder

Blend ingredients until smooth.
