Reacting to a New York Times article which found Asian-Americans earn more than African-Americans or Hispanics, El Rushbo wonders how it could be that Asians are succeeding in America– despite building the railroads at slave wages, being put in internment camps by FDR, and without the help of an Asian Al Sharpton or an AAACP…

What is this with the Asians!? How in the hell can they be at the top of the list when nobody’s doing anything to help them.

And Asians are a minority, by the way.

No racial or ethnic group experienced significant changes in income, but that left the gap between Asians, at the top, and blacks, at the bottom, as wide as before. The median income for Asian households was $68,600. For non-Hispanic whites, it was about $57,000, while the typical Hispanic household had an income of $39,000, and blacks were at $33,300.
