The Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) recently released its annual “A” List of top producers serving Asian American communities, and Climb Real Estate’s Marcus Lee was ranked 7th in the nation by volume, selling over $45 million in 2012.

The award was given to Marcus Lee during the annual National Convention in Los Angeles that also featured award-winning journalist Lisa Ling. During this 10-year anniversary celebration convention, AREAA recognized some of the top producing agents nationally.

Climb Real Estate Sales Director Marcus Lee said, “Climb Real Estate Group has been an exceptional real estate brokerage and partner. My sales volume was a natural result of the excellent relationship that we have had over the past three years.”

Eugene Pak, Director of Business Development, said, “By supporting top producing agents like Marcus Lee, we have enabled a new generation of Asian home buyers to purchase their American dream.”

“Marcus Lee has been an extraordinary asset to Climb Real Estate Group,” said Michelle Balog, Managing Sales Director. “In addition to his amazing sales volume, Marcus is one of the most dedicated sales people with both integrity and passion. He has shown extraordinary creativity and motivation in his sales efforts, and the results speak for themselves.”

AREAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to representing the interests of the Asian real estate market nationwide. Several of Climb’s agents are members of the association, including Marcus Lee, Eugene Pak, and Kent Chen.
