Gauchos bring 14 different types of mouthwatering meats on a skewer such as sirloin, filet mignon, lamb chops, parmesan coated chicken, chicken wrapped in bacon, sausage, braised beef ribs, and pork ribs and pork loin, all of which are seasoned and slow roasted to perfection. Everything is prepared in the traditional ways of Southern Brazil to lock in flavor and juices. If there is still room for dessert there’s plenty of sweet decadence to be had. Choose from key lime pie, tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, pecan pie as well as desserts with a Brazilian flair such as the Brazilian cheesecake, flan, or papaya cream.
