Kayden Nguyen is suing Steven Seagal for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.
The 23-year-old was hired by Seagal in Feb. 2010 as an executive assistant at his production company. Court papers say Nguyen was lured to work with Seagal under false pretenses and within days she bolted after allegedly being physically and sexually assaulted. She claims on her first day Seagal put “his hand under her shirt” and attempted “to fondle her bare breasts.”
The “Today You Die” actor’s attorney says that Nguyen’s allegations are “ridiculous and absurd,” and without a “scintilla of truth.” In a statement, Marty Singer says he is “extremely confident this merit-less lawsuit will be dismissed.” Ouch, Marty Singer? Good luck!
Nguyen is seeking $1 Million in damages.
