Slumdog Millionaire wins Big at Critics Choice Awards
The Critics' Choice Awards are bestowed annually by the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA) to honor the finest in cinematic achievement. Nominees for 2008 were selected by written ballots in a week-long voting period and were announced on December 9th. Slumdog Millionaire won Best Young Actor – Dev Patel, Best Writer – Simon Beaufoy, Best Director – Danny Boyle, Best Picture and Best Composer – AR Rahman. See their acceptance videos below.
