Bai Ling stars in Crank 2

Bai Ling stars in CRANK 2, the sequel to the cult hit, CRANK, starring Jason Statham.

In this high-octane sequel, hitman Chev Chelios (Jason Statham) launches himself on an electrifying chase through Los Angeles in pursuit of the mobster who has stolen his nearly indestructible heart and replaced it with a battery-powered heart that requires regular jolts of electricity to keep it working.

Bai Ling (who was born in Chengdu, China) plays Ria, who obsessively latches onto Chev after he rescues her from a gang of thugs. Ling says that the character of Ria was very special to her. "She’s kind of crazy," Ling says. "But there’s a beautiful free spirit about her; kind of innocent, but also very persuasive" Ling continues, "like a fresh, young, modern gi rl pursuing her dreams and who has no reservations for what she’s dreaming of."

Call me crazy but she cracks me up!
