Causing A Commotion 1987 Mitsubishi Advertisement – This was the first commercial to feature the tag-line “Dreams Come True,” the catch-phrase for the Mitsubishi-sponsored leg of the Japanese Who’s That Girl tour. The phrase was subsequently used in Mitsubishi commercials, telephone cards and press packages featuring Madonna until the last commercial; “Spotlight” in 1988.
