Annie Le’s family is conducting its own investigation into Yale’s actions in investigating the disappearance and murder of the 24-year-old graduate student.
The investigator is also looking into:
- Whether there was any wrongdoing in hiring Raymond Clark, the man suspected of killing Le.
- Whether nepotism was involved in hiring Clark.
- The school did not think quickly enough that Le was murdered and take steps like lock the building down soon enough.
Depending on what they find, there is the possibility a civil lawsuit could be filed
