Lucy Liu wore a Giambattista Valli Spring 2009 dress to the National Gay and Lesbian Force 2009 New York Leadership Awards on Tuesday night at the Kimmel Center. Actress Lucy Liu presented Fashion Designer John Bartlett with his award after NYC Council Speaker Christine Quinn honored Mayor Newsom.
