The latest rumors in tinsel town is that Oscar winning director Danny Boyle is planning a Hollywod flick and is looking for a suitable heroine of Indian origin. When he saw Karthika Nair’s profile, Boyle was so impressed that he traveled all the way to Mumbai to watch her performance in Makara Manju. The acclaimed director is said to be contemplating on signing her up for his Hollywood flick.

Karthika is the daughter of actress Radha and hotelier Rajasekharan Naiwill. She’ll make her debut in Kollywood with Ko but this actress has a Malayalam film Makara Manju to her credit, which caught the eye of Danny Boyle.
