Julie Chu leads the USA Ice Hockey team to victory over China

The U-S Women’s Ice Hockey Team is off to a flying start. Julie Chu, the three-time Olympian, scored a goal and added two assists as Team USA crushed China 12-1 in their opening game of The Vancouver Olympics.

The 27 year-old forward is gunning for gold after capturing silver in Salt Lake City in 2002 and bronze in Torino in 2006.

The former Harvard University star, who set an NCAA record for career points with 284, picked up an assist in the first period, another in the second — and scored the game’s final goal.
