Asian Am Stars Unite For ‘B HERE’ Campaign at UCLA
The “B HERE” campaign comes to the UCLA campus on Wednesday, November 10th, featuring art exhibit, live performances of up-and-coming Asian American dance, music and comedy stars join forces with UCLA students for B HERE, a national campaign to raise awareness of hepatitis B.
The B HERE campaign features two campus events:
* Multimedia art exhibit showcasing perspectives on chronic hepatitis B, a life-threatening liver disease that disproportionately affects Asian Americans
* Live performances from comedian Paul “PK” Kim of Kollaboration, dance groups Quest Crew and Kaba Modern, who have been featured on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, and singer/songwriters Joseph Vincent, Clara C., Jennifer Chung and Paul Dateh.
Both events are FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – but you must attend the art exhibit to obtain a ticket to the live performances.
