Enjoyed reading your piece which I happened to bump into while browsing the net, it is honest and candid indeed, and very well written.
I think all this Asian/Caucasian fever as they call it is very cliched/overestimated though at least in the US, I see many more mixed couples in Europe and nobody makes a big deal about it!

I like your personal piece about how you, as a white man, are more attracted to asian women.
I especially appreciate your pointing out the double standard in white men being shamed with having “yellow fever,” and how asian women are “forgiven” for being attracted to white men because they have been “acculturalized “to North American beauty standards.
As an asian woman who has only ever dated white men, I also want to say that from my perspective, it has never been because I think white men are better, but, because, like you, I find white men attractive. Also, in my life, I rarely meet Asian men who possess qualities I admire or find attractive in men. I have met exactly two Asian men who are confident, tall enough for me ( I’m 5’10), ambitious, intelligent, poised, culturally refined, polite and successful.
I also wanted to address what “_” posted… I like “nice” guys. These guys are the ones who don’t play games, who treat me politely and impress me with their manners and gentleness.

The fact you see an ‘Asian’ there fore you are attracted to them shows you have a racial fetish.
