Asian Cuisine & Weight Loss

So, how is it that the local Korean, Chinese, and Philippine girls I know stay as skinny as rails, but when I change my diet to mimic theirs I not only do NOT lose weight, I actually gain? It may be true that I occasionally eat too late in the day, but not typically. Also, I’ve cut out a lot of junk food and am now eating mostly vegetables, with the exception of ramen noodles, of course, which I eat a few times per week.

Fasting works wonders for my weight loss, but how can I eat and lose weight too?
