Cecilia Cheung’s younger brother Cheung Ho-lung claimed that his brother-in-law, actor Nicholas
Cecilia Cheung’s younger brother Cheung Ho-lung claimed that his brother-in-law, actor Nicholas Tse, had treated his sister badly, even ignoring her when she had a miscarriage, reported Hong Kong media.
Cheung Ho-lung alleged that his sister had a miscarriage, before giving birth to her second son Quintus.
Throughout her ill-fated pregnancy, Tse ignored his wife and did not care even when she miscarried.
“At the time, my sister (Cecilia Cheung) was crying when she called Nicholas, she said she had a miscarriage.
“Who knew Nicholas not only failed to console her but said ‘What has it got to do with me?’ and put down the phone!” Cheung Ho-lung told the Hong Kong media on Thursday.
“My sister almost had a breakdown. Fortunately, she managed to focus her energies on Lucas (their first son) and slowly forgot about the pain!”
Cheung Ho-leung further claimed that Tse routinely brought attractive young female misses home, leaving his wife no choice but to bring their children out to avoid any awkwardness.
He also pointed out that Tse had never been a good father; choosing to smoke like a chimney and play video games instead of spending time with his son.
“I saw it with my own eyes. Nicholas was playing video games when Lucas wanted Nicholas to hold him.
“But Nicholas found it a bother and pushed his son away,” said Cheung Ho-lung adding that Tse had also refused to stop smoking in front of their child, even when his wife repeatedly asked him to stop.
Cheung Ho-lung said his sister had tearfully confided in him about these things on many occasions, and expressed that he was very angry people viewed her as a shrewish wife, when it was Tse who did her wrong.
While Cheung Ho-lung had been very vocal in his support of his older sister, Tse has kept silent since his admission last week that there were some “definite problems” in his marriage to Cecilia Cheung, and did not respond to his brother-in-law’s grave accusations.
