Top Asian Models Walk the Alexander Wang Runway

Alexander Wang shows are always filled with top names – whether celebrities sitting front row or top models walking the runway. This season, Asia’s top models walked the Wang show. Spotted on the runway were Liu Wen, Fei Fei Sun, Ming Xi and Shu Pei.

Fellow modeling luminaries including Jourdan Dunn, Lilly Donaldson, Caroline Trentini, Karolina Kurkova and Joan Smalls joined the Asian models.

Wang’s collection was well finessed with a sexy downtown vibe that he’s built his burgeoning empire on. His use of lush fabrics and chunky knitted textures complimented more showy pieces like his high-shine metallic drainpipe jeans. His juxtaposition of high-end luxury wear contrasting with urban sportswear echoed throughout the collection – most notably with his take on the tuxedo jacket with puffer sleeves.

Wang’s show coincides with his new flagship store in Soho.
