Asian designers revealed for 2011 Men’s Fashion Week

The full list of Asian fashion labels participating at the 2011 Men’s Fashion Week was announced Wednesday; major Asian fashion labels from Japan, Korea, Philippines and Thailand will be joining Shanghai Tang and Raoul Singapore. They include Japan’s DressCamp, Korea’s G.I.L. Hommme and Philippine designer Joey Samson.

The event hopes to give Asian designers an international platform to present their latest collections. These labels will showcase their works during the five-day event which takes place from the end of March til April 3.

The event will be heled at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. The Shoppes will also host six art installations around its premises to promote the event. The first four installations opened today, and the remaining will be unveiled on March 23. Men’s Fashion Week 2011 is only the third in the world after Paris and Milan.
